At Zaid Attar Wale, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process, ship, and handle your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after receiving them.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

2. Estimated Delivery Time (Within Pakistan)

Delivery time may vary depending on your city and the courier service.
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days, but in some cases, delivery may take 4–5 days due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or regional distance.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer standard delivery across Pakistan.
Shipping time may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier’s network.
You can view available delivery options at checkout before placing your order.

4. Shipping Rates

1. Free Delivery: On all orders of Rs. 2,000 or more across Pakistan.
2. Standard Shipping: For orders below Rs. 1,999, a flat rate of Rs. 170 applies at checkout.
You can view the final shipping cost before completing your payment.

5. Shipping Availability

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan only.
If you’re located outside Pakistan, you may receive your parcel through a family member or friend in Pakistan who can forward it to you.
We do not yet offer international shipping — thank you for your understanding.

6. Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier services, including Leopards Courier, PostEx, and Call Courier, for safe and timely deliveries across Pakistan.
If requested, we can also arrange delivery via Daewoo Fastex Terminal (terminal pickup only, not doorstep delivery).
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent via Email and WhatsApp for you to monitor your delivery.

Note: We rely on third-party courier partners for deliveries. Once a parcel is dispatched, delivery time and handling are subject to the courier’s operational schedule and policies.

7. Shipping Delays

We do our best to deliver your orders on time. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

1. Weather conditions
2. Courier or transportation issues
3. Natural events
4. Public holidays

If your order is delayed, our team will inform you and provide updates as soon as possible.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info.zaidattarwale@gmail.com with your order number and details.
We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund promptly.

9. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via Email and WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
