Humble beginnings
Zaid Sharif, known to many as Zaid Bhai, was just 15 when he left home to find work and support his family through a difficult financial time. Those early years were hard, but they shaped the values that still define him today: honesty, patience, and the belief that hard work and dignity always find their reward.

A passion that became a purpose
Along that journey, Zaid discovered a love for fragrance that never left him. He spent years learning the craft — studying notes, blending, and understanding what makes a scent truly memorable. When he moved into online perfume and attar sales, it was his honesty and the genuine connection he built with every customer that set him apart and earned their trust.

Giving back through AM Fragrances
Zaid’s vision goes beyond his own brand. Together with his brother, Muhammad Marsad — CEO of AM Fragrances — he has built the family’s wholesale venture, helping beginners and aspiring entrepreneurs launch their own perfume brands with minimal investment and free mentorship. To date, 800+ brands have been started with their guidance, and 10,000+ students in Pakistan and abroad have learned perfumery and the perfume business through them.

A perfumer in his own right
Zaid is also the creator of 13+ signature fragrances — original compositions, several already launched and officially listed on Fragrantica, the world’s largest fragrance encyclopedia.
