Refund & Exchange Policy - Zaid Attar Wale

This Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from Zaid Attar Wale.
We follow fairness, honesty, and customer satisfaction, and offer returns or exchanges within 30 days.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged:

• At least 80% of the perfume/attar must remain in the bottle.
  
• Up to 20% usage is allowed with no deductions.
  
• Applies to all products.
  
• A reason is required (e.g., dislike, wrong item, damage).
  
• Product photos or videos must be provided when submitting the request.

Exchange Process:

• The customer must fill out the form below and submit a request.
  
• Our team will review and contact you.
  
• The request will be approved or rejected after review.
  
• If approved, we will provide the return address.
  
• Send the parcel and share the tracking details.
  
• After we receive your parcel, your new order will be dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Refund Process:

• Same process as exchange (form → review → approval → send parcel).
  
• After receiving your parcel, a refund will be issued within 24–48 hours.
  
• Refund will be sent to your original payment method.
