Return & Exchange Policy – Zaid Attar Wale

At Zaid Attar Wale, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and reliable customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your order or need a replacement, we offer a clear and customer-friendly return and exchange process.

1. Return Policy

You can request a return if:

The request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.

The product is in undamaged condition and in its original packaging.

You provide valid proof of purchase.

Accepted Proofs:

For online orders: Original invoice/bill or courier receipt placed inside the flyer pocket.

For in-store orders: Printed bill provided at purchase.

Note: Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Delivery Charges Deduction:

If your return is approved, the courier charges paid by us at dispatch will be deducted from your refund.
Example: On a PKR 2,000 order with PKR 250 dispatch charges, refund = PKR 1,750.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse. Once approved, the refund is issued within 5–7 business days.

2. Exchange / Replacement Policy

We accept exchange/replacement requests within 30 days of order receipt.

To initiate a replacement:

Share proof of purchase (invoice or courier receipt).

Send the product using any courier service to our warehouse. Share the courier receipt/tracking details on our WhatsApp number for verification.

Once we receive and verify the returned product:

The replacement item will be shipped to you.

No delivery charges will be deducted in case of exchange — you will receive full value in replacement.
