Refund & Exchange Policy - Zaid Attar Wale

This Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from Zaid Attar Wale, whether online or in-store.
We sincerely apologize if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy follows the Sunnah — prioritizing fairness, honesty, and customer satisfaction. We’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged:

1. At least 80% of the perfume or attar must remain in the bottle.
2. Applies to all products purchased from Zaid Attar Wale.
3.reason is required for the return or exchange (personal dislike, wrong item, damage, etc.).
4. Product photos or videos must be shared for verification.

Refunds & Deductions:

1. No deductions or additional charges apply to eligible returns or replacements.
2. Refunds are processed within 1–2 working days after we receive your parcel.
3. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
4. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Online Purchases:

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
2. Please share the tracking number and reason for return.

4. Once approved, our team will provide detailed instructions to guide you through the return and refund process.

In-Store Purchases:

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
2. Please present your bill or stamped invoice at the time of return.

Exchanges:

1. Replacement requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
2. Please share the reason and product photos or videos on WhatsApp.
3. Once approved, our team will share the return address and contact information. Please dispatch the items you want to exchange to the provided details and send the courier slip or tracking number. Once we receive them, your new order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Important Note:

If a wrong item, a broken bottle, a leaked bottle, or any error occurs from our side, we will dispatch a new order. The rider will collect the incorrect item from you and hand over the replacement at the time of delivery.

However, suppose you want to exchange an item due to reasons such as ordering the wrong product by mistake, misunderstanding the item, or disliking the fragrance. In that case, you must follow the standard exchange process. In such cases, bargaining or exceptions will not be accepted.
